We don’t have a physical shop front however you are more than welcome to arrange a private viewing and try our great games. Contact us and we are more than happy to accomodate.

Most pinball machines are hand-built in the USA however some newer manufacturers are based in Europe. Our arcade machines are built to our premium specifications in China. 

Yes! We keep common spare parts in stock plus can order additional spares as and when required. 

Absolutely yes. All pinballs (new or old) have lots of moving mechanical parts. Regular maintenance is essential to keep your machine running well. Of course we are happy to support you in this regard with professional servicing, repair and cleaning.

A coin door is fitted from the factory but a coin mechanism is not included. We can install a coin mechanism if it is required.

On new pinball machines we support you with the manufacturer's factory warranty. We are only ever a phone call away if you need to submit a warranty claim. 

We will show you the basics of pinball ownership when your machine is delivered, including how to remove the glass, change settings and adjust volume.

Yes. Our premium arcade machines are tested before we ‘hand over the keys’. Your machine is designed to simply switch on and get started!

Of course. We even include some additional spare buttons when you purchase a machine from us. 

Absolutely. 12 months warranty is provided on all of our arcade cabinets.
