General Terms of Sale:

  • Our payment terms for in-stock items are 100% in advance. Under no circumstances are goods released for delivery or shipping until payment has cleared to our account in full. 
  • Pre-order payment terms are as follows:
    1. Jukeboxes: 30% upfront, 50% at production completion, 20% prior to local delivery 
    2. Arcade units: 50% upfront, 50% prior to local delivery. 
    3. Pinball Machines: terms vary – contact us. 
    • For event rentals, 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due no later than 7 days prior to commencement of the event.
    • Payment is accepted via bank transfer only in AED or USD currency to our nominated account(s). All bank related charges must be borne by the purchaser. Credit card payments are accepted with a card fee added to the total payable amount. We do not accept cheques unless by prior arrangement. 
    • All machines operate on 220 Volts / 50Hz unless otherwise indicated. Suitable and fully functioning 3 pin UAE/UK must be available near the machines for easy installation. 
    • Installation is not included. Installation must be performed by an appropriately trained and qualified technician. We include complimentary installation and a pre-delivery service for all pinball machines sold (in Dubai only). 
    • Returns/refunds on pinball and arcade machines are not accepted, unless specifically authorised by us in writing. 
    • All shipments should be carefully inspected for damage. Any damage must be noted on the delivery documentation. We highly recommend that buyers take out insurance for all shipments leaving the UAE. 

    Warranty and Maintenance:

    • Manufacturer warranty applies from date of delivery for all pinball machines against manufacturing defects only. Coverage varies between manufacturers but generally includes power supply, LCD screen and computer. Terms and coverage of the warranty is in accordance with our manufacturer guidelines. All arcade machines include 12 months warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. 
    • Rubbers, balls, flipper mechanisms, arcade joysticks, arcade buttons and other consumable parts are considered to be ‘wear items’ and are not covered under warranty. All pinball machines require regular ongoing maintenance and cleaning. We can provide these services for games located in the UAE however separate maintenance charges apply. Ongoing maintenance for ALL PINBALL machines is absolutely essential, even on brand new games. 
    • A ‘settling in’ period is required for all pinball machines. Minor adjustments to switches, coils, pitch levels and other mechanisms is entirely normal on a new game. 
    • Warranty covers the defective part(s) only and does not include labour charges or shipping costs. 
    • Defective parts for warranty claims must be sent to MARSH INTERNATIONAL LLC within 2 weeks, otherwise the warranty claim is voided and replacement parts will be charged to the customer in full. 
    • The technician is responsible for correct diagnosis of any fault. MARSH INTERNATIONAL LLC is not responsible for any incorrect or misdiagnosis of a faulty part. 
    • Warranty is voided if aftermarket parts are installed in the machine, or if any existing part is tampered with or modified.
